ReflexologyMy first experience of reflexology was whilst I was travelling in Australia. On returning to the UK I felt compelled to study body massage and inexplicably found myself drawnto the feet. I soon realised I needed to take another look at the ancient healing art of reflexology. I went on to qualify to an advance level and am now a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, the largest organisation in the UK.

After qualifying I began to attract clients who came to see me in my spare time as I was working full-time as a PR Manager for a national company. Following my heart I gave up my full-time job 11 years ago and started up my 'Soul 2 Sole' practise which, fortunately, has gone from strength to strength.

I attract many clients with a variety of symptoms and ailments. My main areas of work are in:

  • IBS relief
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Backache
  • Hormonal re-balancing, including fertility issues and during pregnancy
  • Insomnia

But many people come to me just because they feel ‘better’ after a treatment. The reflexology works through the nervous system and can affect three main areas of our body:

  • Physical areas and organs
  • Endocrine System (responsible for hormonal control and chemical releases to maintainour bodies health and function)
  • Emotional body

The treatment session usually lasts an hour and will cover all areas and parts of the body.
